Bike to the Symphony 2012

Begins: Meet at Da Capo Caffe (8738 109 St) at 8pm. Depart at 8:30pm. Concert at 9:30pm. Cocktails & live jazz in lobby follows concert.

Join us for the third annual Bike to the Symphony ride. Tickets on sale now until May 25 for $20 (members, non-members $30 including a new membership). Dress up for the ride or pack your dress or suit and change once we arrive at the Winspear. Prizes will be awarded for Best Dressed Cyclists! Meet at Da Capo Caffe at 8pm for free refreshments, courtesy Da Capo.

EBC has annual awards (and prizes!) for individuals who have contributed to the bike scene.  The Dale Allsopp Award is awarded to individuals who bring something special to the organisation (innovation, volunteering, energy, etc.).  The 2009 Allsopp Award went to Keegan McEnvoy.  The Jack Grainge Award is given to an individual to celebrate a life-time commitment to cycling in the broader community.  The 2009 Grainge Award went to Sarah Chan.
